How do I calculate Total Failure Probability? What is the relation between Hazard Failure Probability & Average Failure Probability?

This metric is a sum of the hazard probabilities calculated at the asset level. It is not a straight sum, the flood hazard will only consider the maximum between riverine and surface water flooding.
